- You can connect with us using a smartphone, tablet, or a computer equipped with a camera. Make sure your chosen device is fully charged before our meet.

- A link to our encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video platform will be provided.

- To maintain patient confidentiality, our professionals will be in a secluded setting without any third party present.

- Likewise, it's essential for you to be in a private environment, minimizing distractions. Using headphones can further ensure your privacy. However, if you choose a location where others can overhear the session, we can't guarantee complete confidentiality.

- In case we experience connection interruptions: Should our video link falter, we will promptly call you to determine the issue. If, for any reason, we can't reestablish the connection, We will continue via phone to complete the remaining minutes.

- It's crucial for safety reasons: If you're driving, the session will need to be rescheduled, with charges applied for the initial slot.
